From the events of the last few days, it seems this city will at least give me something to do.  And apparently the rules I was living under are now nullified. I am not sure what to make of this.

There's a park in Center City with a large gazebo that seems as though it would be a pleasant place for music. Is there a time that would be more convenient for you?
